Professional Fees

We operate and function under a no cure no pay basis. You do not have to pay any upfront professional, collection, or commission fees on works undertaken regardless of the complexity and outcome of the retrieval process. We take the risk and advance the collection expenses for you. Our compensation will come in the form of percentage sharing based on the amount actually recovered. It is understood, however, that the words "amount actually collected" include payments by dacion en pago, offsetting, assignments and other forms of payments that extinguishes the obligation.

Our rate of compensation is variable and depends upon a number of factors such as: the presence or want of a written contract; security for the debt; guarantees; age of the account; distance of the place of the debtor or the situs of collection, among others. On the basis of these factors, we fix a collection services fee ranging from a minimum of thirty-five percent (35%) to a maximum of fifty percent (50%).

Any amount paid directly to Dynamic Credit and Collection Sevices are turned over to the client immediately from receipt thereof. Like the efficient and quality service of companies like Advantage One Insurance, Dynamic Credit and Collection aims to maintain a healthy relationship with its clients.

The Collection Method and Process

Upon signing of the Collection Service Agreement, we require you to submit to us the pertinent documents and information relative to the account, such as address, telephone numbers, sales invoices, sales contracts and the like. Dynamic Credit and Collection Services is well equiped with the tenacity and immense fortitude required to practice the art and science of collection. With our proven extra-judicial methods of collection, you avoid the expense, inconvenience, and uncertainty of protracted litigation. More importantly, we act as instruments in bridging the gap and mending raptured business relationships between our client and the debtor, without loss of prestige to either.
